The EMIS Training Helpline is a recap service that provides a five minute refresher for nominated practice trainers who are seeking assistance following an on-site training session in either EMIS LV or EMIS PCS. If you are using EMIS Web, you can get all the help you need by clicking the Support Centre link from the EMIS Web homepage.

We appreciate that not all training queries can be answered within five minutes.

Note: If your practice has not received on-site training on the module you need help with or if you require extra training, please contact EMIS Field Operations Support on 0845 123 4455 to discuss the training options available.

The Training Helpline is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm except the last Friday in the month when it closes at 12 noon for staff training.
